Vaani Voice (live calls)
Records Vaani's call_postprocessing webhook. Verified only once a call appears with the 'Vaani voice call' badge.
- In app.vaanivoice.ai → Settings → Webhooks, add
https://aangan-ai-receptionist-ten.vercel.app/api/webhooks/vaani?secret=<VAANI_WEBHOOK_SECRET>. Vaani documents no signature header, so the secret goes in the URL. - In your agent's Analysis settings, add extraction fields named like the
entitieskeys below. The mapper also accepts free text and common alternative names. - Make a test call with the agent. Only the
call_postprocessingevent creates a record; Vaani's other lifecycle events are acknowledged and ignored.

}Built from Vaani's documented payload; not yet confirmed with a live call. Calls arriving here get the “Vaani voice call” badge. With no phone number attached (e.g. a browser test call), the record says so and never claims a phone call.
Cost model
Voice: ₹4.00/min · AI processing: ₹1.00/call · Qualification rules: ₹0 (no LLM).
Rates come from your environment settings. If a Vaani webhook reports a cost, the reported figure is used instead.
Pricing policy (pricing.md)
The receptionist never quotes a price, range or per-sq-ft figure. Every reply passes a pricing guard. Pricing questions get exactly:
Pricing depends on the site, the materials you choose, and the scope — your designer will walk you through it in detail at the consultation. I can book that for you right now if you'd like.
The founder's request to quote standard per-sq-ft pricing was deliberately not built: pricing.md says no number may be quoted.
Service boundaries (services.md)
- Residential: full home, partial, or single room with full execution
- Offices, clinics, studios up to ~3,000 sq ft
- Pune city and PCMC only
- Structural / architecture work
- Decor-only, advice-only, standalone Vastu
- Standalone furniture sourcing
- Restaurants, hotels, retail, gyms
- Talegaon, Lonavala, Nashik, Mumbai and other cities
- Design: 3–4 weeks
- Execution: 8–16 weeks
- Minimum lead time: 6 weeks
⚑ Policy conflicts flagged for the founder
Where the case documents disagree, the system flags the call and doesn't invent a rule.
services.md says the studio cannot take a project that must be ready in under 6 weeks. The same file says design takes 3–4 weeks and execution 8–16 weeks (11 weeks minimum). qualified.md says the site must be available for execution within 8–10 weeks of the consultation, and front-desk transcript T07 says a single room takes 'at least 8–10 weeks from start to finish'.
Current handling: Under 6 weeks: declined (all sources agree). 6 to under 11 weeks: not declined and not auto-qualified. It's flagged 'timeline rule conflict' and sent for human review so a designer confirms feasibility. 11+ weeks or flexible: passes.
Decision needed from: Nikhil (founder) — confirm the single rule the receptionist should apply.
services.md sets a commercial maximum (~3,000 sq ft) but no minimum. In transcript T18 the front desk declined a 180 sq ft pod, saying commercial projects are 'typically 500 sq ft or more'.
Current handling: Commercial spaces under 500 sq ft fail the project criterion, citing T18 as the source. Spaces of 3,000–3,300 sq ft pass with a note ('approximately'). Above 3,300 sq ft fails.
Decision needed from: Nikhil — confirm whether 500 sq ft is a real minimum.
